Whole Christmas lunch is served to table. Starters are served as Flying buffet style to share with own table company.

Sugar-salted salmon, Baltic herring
Smoked white fish, smoked shrimps from Åland,
Rainbow trout roe & pickled cucumber, marinated blue mussels
Shrimp Skagen with house malt bread
Green salad & dill vinaigrette
Mushroom salad, traditional rosolli salad
Boiled potatoes, bread

Christmas ham, peas, house mustard & creamy ham stock
Potato, carrot and swede casseroles
